Thank you for shopping with LOD by Elodie Auvray.

Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • New collection launches

  • Sales periods

  • Holidays

  • High-demand periods

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Guadeloupe & French Territories: 3–7 business days

  • France & Europe: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

LOD by Elodie Auvray is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping costs due to returned parcels


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

LOD by Elodie Auvray is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.


7. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events beyond our control
